Beta 2.0 is Released

r84

  • removed nonfunctional tabs, and tabs that are not finished
  • Added tooltips for many backup options

r81

  • DAMarkdown has been temporarily disabled due to some serious formatting issues that created horrible looking text.

r80

  • some tweaks to CSS formatting to make DAMarkdown rendered text nicer looking. Still more work to do here.

r79

  • webview in README/CHANGELOG window will not have initial focus so you can scroll with a mousehweel without having to click in the window first. This resolves issue #73

r78

  • README/CHANGELOG viewer window will now resize gracefully. This fixes issue #74

r77

  • If the user attempts to install a mod that is already installed, they will be asked if they want to uninstall the existing version before installing the new one. This must be done, and if the user chooses not to uninstall then the install will abort. This resolves issue #72

r76

  • DAModder will no longer crash if you click inside a totally blank installed mods list. This resolves issue #72

r75

  • tweaked message on warning when uninstalling Bioware DLC

r74

  • Added warning when trying to uninstall Bioware/EA DLC. This resolves issue #38

r73

  • When restoring a backup session, the user will now be warned that files will be overwritten, and given given the option to not restore the session. This resolves #70

You will find Beta 2.0 attached to this post, but please always scroll down in case a point release has happened to update this

As of this version, I have branched the code off into a separate Stable version which will be posted on mod sites, and is all cleaned up for release. It will not be updated as frequently as the Beta version. New features will hit Beta first, then slowly work into Stable once they have been well tested.

You can choose which version you want to use. The Beta will continue to be released frequently here.
