<h2>r94</h2>
<ul>
<li>added menu items to manually change language for localization
instead of letting DAModder decided based on your Windows regional
settings</li>
<li>added Sanitize XML tool to the tools menu. This is a
<strong>temporary</strong> workaround for those users that have an
XML file with invalid characters in it. This will however really
destroy most unicode characters so <strong>only use it if DAModder
tells you to</strong> and only if you are willing to lose most
characters that use extended Unicode.</li>
<li>fixed sizing issue with backup/restore Form</li>
<li>Added check for .NET 3.5 installed, and a warning if it is not
found</li>
</ul></div>jwvanderbecktag:damodder.tenderapp.com,2009-12-02:Comment/7043662009-12-11T03:31:50Z2009-12-11T03:31:50ZBeta 2.1 is Available<div><h1>Important Note</h1>
<p>Please understand that the new Sanitize XML tool is
<strong>only</strong> for those of you getting an error about your
AddIns.xml file, and this is only a small amount of people. However
be completely aware that using this tool will destroy most all
unicode characters that are for for non-English characters with
special marks and what not.</p>
<p>If you don't mind using English, then this is not an issue. But
if you desire to use a language like Russian -- Sanitizing will
destroy nearly every single character so its not a good idea.</p>
<p>I only put this tool in for now to help those people that have
the issue, but if you can hold off and not use it, a better
solution is in the works.</p></div>jwvanderbecktag:damodder.tenderapp.com,2009-12-02:Comment/7043662009-12-11T17:41:06Z2009-12-11T17:41:06ZBeta 2.1 is Available<div><p>So in further work on the problem i've come to realize that
there is nothing I can do to fix these screwed up files completely.
The Sanitize tool I put in last night is really the only option,
other than reinstalling the game. The data just isn't there
anymore, so there isn't anything left to reconstruct :(</p></div>jwvanderbecktag:damodder.tenderapp.com,2009-12-02:Comment/7043662009-12-12T19:05:45Z2009-12-12T19:05:45ZBeta 2.1 is Available<div><p>If you leave the Sanitize Tool in the application you should
maybe add a security question yes/no thing to it that explains
better what it does. As of Beta 2.1.2 its doing its thing as soon
as you click it in the menue.</p></div>Alex "Alexspeed" Bachner
