Error Message when Running .exe

I have an error whenever I try to run the DAModder. I have installed it just fine, but whenever I try to run the .exe from my desktop, it gives an error message (the microsoft one in which it asks for you to send a report). I know that I have the .net 3.5 installed, because I have spent all morning trying to get this to work. Any suggestions?
