Damodder hates me

Ok I try to get this work for past 2 day and it not working so am come to u for help
1. DAmodder won't download
2. i download net 3.5 but it won't work since my laptop had net 4.0 on it
3. i have window 7 64x i don't know my laptop is year old

so u like hwlp me on this i download DAModder i keep get Damodder has stop working no matter how many time i download it and un zip it and still dose it Program stop working
