Create damodder.log in user folder, rather than program folder

It took my a while to figure out why DAModder crashed immediately when run. Turns out, it didn't have write permissions to the folder (under program files) I'd installed it to. This is the default, for Win 7 at least.

The recommended behaviour for applications is not to write anything to their program folders, the more appropriate place would be under the current user's application data folder, something like %%LOCALAPPDATA%\DAModder\damodder.log
